"I left a request online for having my area rugs cleaned. Feldpausch Services responded immediately and arranged to come for an inspection the next day. I was pleased to learn that they would take the rugs out to be cleaned and that would clean for odor if they found it necessary as I have 5 pets. They removed the six rugs before they left and took them with them which gave me a chance to get my oak floors properly cleaned. The rugs were removed on Tuesday and returned Thursday afternoon - the cleaning for pet odor was largely unnecessary. The workman put the two larger rugs in place as I felt I could handle the others. I was very happy to see that the oldest rug which I bought 14 years ago looked essentially new. All of the rugs were returned clean, in good condition and free of odor. "I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com.
