Pro Carpet Steamer fulfilled its promise in full. They completed the task quickly, professionally, and without incident. My living room and hallway carpets look great. They clearly care about producing high-quality work.

Wow, I had no idea how dirty my carpets were until Pro Carpet Steamer cleaned them! The difference is incredible. They were professional, respectful of my home, and extremely thorough.

Weeks had passed since I had dealt with a large coffee spill. I didn't have high expectations, but they managed to remove the stain entirely. I'm impressed. The remainder of the carpet looks fantastic as well.

The service providers are thorough, friendly, and respectful. I love the use of safe products; I never have to worry about my pets walking around on the floor. It has become the highlight of my week knowing that my home will be squeaky clean once Pro Maids visits.

they were nice and were able to work with me,the only reason i was not able to give a five star rating is that i saw a few spots that were not done properly.

They did a fantastic job! The ladies were polite and professional, they were respectful of our things. We had a really big job for them with our kitchen and bathroom. I only took off a half star in quality for a few small areas/issues that I would like them to have done a tiny bit better, or at least let me know they did the best they could, but ran out of time. I might be too picky though! LOL! Overall it was great and I would hire them again!

I was worried about cleaning my floors and they guaranteed clean floors or they would hand clean them. My husband noticed how clean they were not hand done. Great job. Bathroom was very clean.
