My only suggestion would be to inform customers there might be extra dust on floors, horizontal surfaces after process despite plugging ducts with sponges. He prepared a quote quickly and set an appointment for us promptly. He communicated quickly by text messages. He and crew sent message prior to the scheduled arrival and arrived right on time. They were thorough in their duct and furnace cleaning. Our ducts were very dirty (maybe never cleaned! Hence dust on surfaces afterward!). Bob and his partner worked for 6 straight hours without a stop to complete the job. Overall, they did a very thorough job. I would recommend Steam X without hesitation. Thanks Bob!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
