My only suggestion would be to inform customers there might be extra dust on floors, horizontal surfaces after process despite plugging ducts with sponges. He prepared a quote quickly and set an appointment for us promptly. He communicated quickly by text messages. He and crew sent message prior to the scheduled arrival and arrived right on time. They were thorough in their duct and furnace cleaning. Our ducts were very dirty (maybe never cleaned! Hence dust on surfaces afterward!).
