As it turned out, the structure was fine and we didn't need any piering. We couldn't have known that until the wall was dug out and taking it step by step allowed us to save tens of thousands of dollars.   They were very professional, responded fast, they were the middle as far as estimates we got. They were delayed in starting a few days due to weather and holidays but once they got started the project went very fast. There were a couple hiccups with their workers borrowing our trash cans to clean up, but a clean jobsite was worth being without trash cans a couple days. They got the job done with excellent quality construction and when my wife had questions they walked her through everything until she was satisfied.
