Let me begin by saying Victor Zarate is a good man to deal with. He is honest and a man of his word. He does what he says he is going to do when he says he's going to do it. He is very fair on pricing. He is a "Consummate Professional." Victor and his team remove trees of great size and height with precision and care. They work with great care and concern to NOT damage your property. After removal, they clean up the removal site very well and never leave a mess. I have used Red Oak Professional Tree Service several times and have never been disappointed. He and his team are some of the hardest-working people I have ever met.

Victor represented Red Oak Tree Service, and he reached out several times to confirm our appointment. We agreed to reschedule once because of a snow storm. The day before the appointment Victor contacted the neighbors to clear out their parked cars. The neighbors agreed because the removal also benefitted their properties. Victor provided me excellent customer service, and I really appreciate a vendor keeping me in the loop. His demeanor exuded confidence the job would be done with no complications, and it went smoothly.
