Set up appt for that day, they called back within 2 hours to confirm that their tech Jeremy was on his way. Professional, prompt response, courteous, and took the time to explain the sump system and preventative measures we should take in the future. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and will use them again with no hesitation."

We never got an estimate of how much the job was going to cost, he fixed our well but charged us triple the price that it should have cost. I should have asked the locals that live here about him. After talking to some of them, they said that's what he does, OVERCHARGE YOU for the job he does. Do your homework before hiring him."

Thornton Brothers Sewer has been the premier plumbing contractor in the area for over 20 years. We offer superior plumbing services and are equipped to handle a wide variety of major construction projects including but not limited to installations and remodeling.

"This company has been great to work with for several years; however, they changed owners sometime this year. Their rates have nearly doubled and they no longer stand by their work. I called them in when the sewer drain from my washing machine backed up. The tech was fantastic and worked very efficiently, but I was surprised to see such a drastic increase in cost. I paid it and didn't think much of it. Less than a week later, the same exact problem happened. When the tech came again, he and I discovered that the clog was actually in a different part of the line so he cleared that. He then expected me to pay a second time! I, of course, refused since this was the same problem that hadn't been appropriately fixed the first time. The new owner then came to my house and was very unprofessional. I will definitely never call them again and definitely do not recommend. It's a shame to see the new owners ruin what was a good company."
