"The shower replacement was measured by the salesman, who measured the shower dimensions inside the old fiberglass shower by instruction from the owner. After materials were ordered and the old shower removed. The shower base was too short by 7 inches and too narrow by 1 1/2 inches. I asked the owner to requote with a larger shower base. This would have added an additional $5000 to the project. The shower has a seat in it. The additional 7 inches in length would have given us more manuverability. Pros: The installer was great, 5 stars. The owner wrote off $350 extra work to remove a soffett to make the shower taller. Cons: The salesman promised a larger shower, it wasn't. We ordered brushed nickel fixtures and got chrome. The shower was smaller than it could have been. Owner and salesman 2 stars. I would have liked the option to remove the old shower and then do the measurements. The shower turned out nice, but we were dissappointed with the size."

We can assist with surface restoration and repair of most surfaces (furniture, counter tops, cracked or spongy bathtubs, just about anything) mitigating the need for replacement. Most of my communication was with Dakota who is extremely easy to work with. He genuinely wants to do a good job (he takes pride in his work) and even went the extra mile by doing things I didn't expect him to do - e.g., disposed of things in the yard we didn't want free of charge. It took me three years of looking to find MKP because no one else was willing to take on a To-Do list of home projects. MKP installed a gutter, replaced a large section of our backyard fence, fixed our flower boxes, prepared/painted the back porch (and replaced some deck boards), and installed boardwalk underneath our backyard porch. I highly recommend this place. I will be asking them to do more home projects for me in the future :-)"

"I contacted Greenscape AND PAID before summer 2019. Kept getting postponed. Didn't sprinkle grass seed until October. Was all washed away with rain. They promised to plant Butter Bur did not have enough to fulfill what was promised. The area had very, very few plants. When I complained they came out the following year and sprinkled VERY FEW grass seeds - very few germinated. I was extremely disappointed in the job that was done and have tried repeatedly to discuss a remedy. First text was answered with the nasty comment that I was the worst customer they ever had. Now they refuse to answer my texts or phone calls. Just giving everyone a warning here. Contemplating Better Business Bureau."

"Our sliding door was ordered and installed on time with appropriate correspondence. The installers were nice but attempted to leave the job without ensuring that the door was squared and closed completely. When I pointed this out to them in the driveway, they came back and addressed the issue. Later in the evening I noticed that an weather seal inside the door was clearly damaged (visible by rips and tears in a black seal showing white insulation beneath) in a way not possible by use. I called the company on numerous occasions, sent numerous emails with photos of the issue starting on the day of installation and now, four months later, I have only received follow-up calls from the company when they're canceling an appointment to repair the issue and have never received a follow-up call on how they will address the issue. The door and installation was paid in cash. I would seriously reconsider using Markin for any large job as this was just one door and I've been waiting four months now."
