The two things that always said it were his dedication to quality, and that he was just as excited to see the finished product as we were."

I have just discovered that the plumbing for the bathroom that was installed bypassed my water softener. So now there are stains on the walls and the drain. The PM on this job was lackluster at best. There was finish work that was never finished and I just wanted them out so I finished it. I should have hired a different contractor."
