"The insulation was installed as promised on the appropriate date, we are satisfied with the insulation. The problem was the work crew was extremely careless. There was foam insulation over the front door, front windows, they have to take off your siding in different areas, I am still picking up hundreds of screws. Foam insulation is still being picked up in my front mulch. Tarps were supposed to be laid and were not put down. My basement was another problem, it is finished with the Dow Corning type system, again, tarps were not used. There is foam insulation in three different areas that do not come off the cloth walls. When we started to point out these issues, they seem very concerned. The crew came back out and power washed the front of my house. The foam did not come off. They used our water for their power washer, left it running which created an ice dam in our back yard. On several occasions, we have tried to get some form of compensation for the basement and they are always looking into it; We are satisfied with the insulation, but everything was such a mess it was not worth it. I would look at other companies."

"From the consultant, Joe, to the five men that came to my home, I was impressed with the professionalism and respect for my home. Tyler,Jake, Chuck, Dustin and Scott made sure everything was installed with exceptional precision and attention to detail. It took a full day to accomplish. They arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards throughout my home and garage. Protective covering on their feet with additional protective materials on my floors and walls were used. Their care and respect went above and beyond. The product is eco friendly, fire retardant and mold resistant. And my home is warm and cozy. Removing all the old and filthy insulation that is 37+years old and leaving my attic space and foundation areas sealed and cleaned just makes everything feel buttoned up and tight. Highly recommend! "We had raccoons in our attic for about 3 weeks , and you can guess what mess a nesting raccoon can make , we needed to have all the fiberglass batting removed and than new spray foam installed . The 3 guys showed up on time and went right to work, oh , and this was done in late December so even more fun , the two young men that removed the old insulation were very efficient , bag after bag came down , about 45-50 in all , and then the foam guy went up and did his thing our is much quieter and warmer also could not be happier and will use again if the need ever arises , it did cost more for the foam but well worth it"
