He explained the timeline and to expect dust to settle for a couple days so they would leave plastic on all of our items in the basement for us to remove when we were ready. He gave me a walkthrough at the end of each day and a final video explaining everything. The basement looks so good and will be able to be easily finished in the future."

They cut down many shrubs and left the mess for us to clean up and dispose of. We were told they would cover all of our belongings prior to starting. They only covered about 1/3 of the items in the basement and everything that wasn't covered was left a mess. The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. Still waiting for Spring to make sure the basement doesn't leak, may revise my review after ensuring it is truly water proofed."
