They were polite, let my son watch (and follow on their heels) without getting irritated with him, answered all the questions we had to the best of their ability, were fast, professional, and interesting people to talk to. They worked through the weekend to make sure they completed our roof on time. They actually got done quicker than expected (even contending with winter weather) and it looks great! "One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
