They were polite, let my son watch (and follow on their heels) without getting irritated with him, answered all the questions we had to the best of their ability, were fast, professional, and interesting people to talk to. "Had a very old and leaking bathroom. It all needed replaced. The technician tore out the walls & replaced some plumbing, insulation, electrical outlets. Pulled out the bathtub and replaced all tile. Put in a walk in shower, new oil rubbed fixtures. Had put in a new toilet, new vanity, new medicine chest, new light fixture and a new exhaust fan. Bruce cleaned up as he went along so the mess was kept to a minimum. The new bathroom looked great! Am really happy with the job. That bathroom sparkles. Would certainly rehire."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
