"Contractor was so helpful with service the very next day. He thoroughly explained about radon, testing and mitigation. Most efficient contractor I have ever worked with in my 80 yrs. Followed up with us re warranty info. Highly recommend this contractor"

"We had a special situation, and Epic was the only company willing to come out to help us evaluate the best location for installation. Installer was great - he recognized asbestos tile on the basement floor, and recommended appropriate remediation service. System is basically invisible - no ugly pipe up the outside of the house! Follow-up test shows radon level reduced to well under recommended minimum."

"Excellent communication concerning what I needed to know and was willing to work everything out I was concerned about. Worked well with me explaining things that could happen in the future and how to handle it. He called and scheduled to see if he could come a day early and followed up the next day with a phone call on how things were working. Very good service and I would recommend them for Radon gas monitoring and testing."

"Great experience! Extremely fair pricing, very professional, and provided an extensive and thorough inspection report. I would definitely recommend Bench-Mark to anyone in the process of purchasing a home or starting a remodeling project."

"Robert was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He did our home inspection very quickly and thoroughly, even mentioning a few minor things that we may not have noticed, definitely worth giving him a call"

"This Company does the testing for Radon. They arrived when they were supposed to and performed the test in the time frame they committed to. I had Radon gas over the safe limit and they recommended me to Peak Environment which was also very good at the mitigation installation. Very professional!"

"Radon gas in my house’s lower level was 3.6 picocuries per liter: below 4.0 pCi/L, at which EPA urges remediation, but high enough that it’s recommended. Beginning a week after SWAT installed gas elimination system (for $850), radon level dropped to 0.3 pCi/L: about the same amount of radon as is found in fresh air. Nuff said."

"I hired Double Check to do an inspection for a personal decision of "Repair or Replace". Justin came out, performed the inspection, took photographs and answered all my questions. He found some issues like a few shingles missing, popped nailheads and the like. We discussed the Repair or Replace decision. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended."

"Jeff was a pleasure to work with."

"My report was very thorough and professionally done."
