"We selected this company to finish our basement because the quote was way lower than the other big companies and talking with Xhulio about the project, it just felt like a good fit. And it was! He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! "Prompt, courteous, explained in advance what they would do and they did it. Our first experience with them was when they climbed up on our roof in a rainstorm to fix the leaking roof. They needed to construct a roof drainage cricket which we greatly appreciated them doing in the rainstorm. Next, they replaced 4 rotting posts that were holding up our 2-story porch deck, replaced some rotting porch deck frame joists, and all the decking on the same porch. When replacing the rotting posts, they poured concrete piers for the posts to rest on above ground, rather than just sinking them into the ground as had been done for the initial rotted posts. Finally, they replaced one exterior door and also a very heavy double French door. They always hauled away the debris and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
