Rolland did our stamped concrete patio a couple years ago and it was awesome so we wanted to match it at the pool. Greg and his crew did not disappoint and the job came out exactly how we hoped. "The encapsulation went very well. The workers removed existing insulation and did a nice job putting up new insulation. They also sprayed the mold on the floor joists above, although that cost extra. The problem arose when the foreman came to rear of the house to see the patio to be removed. He seemed completely surprised at its size and told me quite frankly that they were not given its dimensions, and so had no way to haul that much concrete away that day. The fact that they didn't have the size of the patio is bizarre, since an inspector came to our house twice (once to quote, the other to sign documents) and had measured the patio both times. The workers broke up the concrete and said they would arrange for someone to come out and remove the concrete-- also frustrating as I'm a teacher, and this work was being done the very last weekday of summer break. Now I can see how miscommunications can happen, and I understand that the workers couldn't haul away the material that day. That's not my issue. My issue is that here we are Wednesday of next week, and not only does my back yard still look like the apocalypse has hit, but they didn't even call to schedule anything! I've heard nothing! When I called them myself at 4PM I was sent to the scheduling people only to get a recording and a voice mail! When you mess up, it's only a problem if you don't make it right, and these people seem wholly unconcerned that they messed up and left a huge mess in my back yard. I understand that the removal of concrete isn't their forte, but this is just silly. Update: After calling, they scheduled an appointment to haul away the concrete the next week, and while they did it, the representative was really pushy trying to upsell me on tons of extras. If I ever need work done on my foundation again, I will definitely find someone else. I suggest you consider doing the same."

"ACE came through for me. Needed concrete leveling of my home I was selling and they were able to come out in a short time and did an exceptional job. I didn’t think my driveway could of been leveled in the spot I needed but it came out great and is level. Also they leveled my sidewalk up to my porch and all of it came out nice and level."

"First, the nightmare driveway: We bought the house new in 2002. In the first couple of years of construction in the sub, the builder had to demolish & replace 50+ driveways due to improper design & prep of the fill. Mine was to be replaced but the builder went toes up prior to replacing my drive. Within 2 years a couple of adjacent slabs had sunk in the middle of the slab noticeably and it only worsened from there. Fast forward to today. The HOA (never again) was on my case to fix the driveway or suffer fines.
As the concrete is 15 years old & spalled from the salt, I looked first at replacement. The single-car drive is not huge but I was still looking at a range of $2700-3500 to rip & replace. Being upside down as many of the houses in the area are, I didn't feel that I could invest that amount so I looked at leveling instead. I received several quotes and selected Lift and Level based on cost & other reviews on AL.
The crew showed up on time (even a bit early) and were onsite about 6 hours. The driveway was so uneven that they pumped 11 yards of fill and even had to leave to 'reload' and return, which they did promptly. There were a couple of areas where the edges opposite of the sunken edge had 'heaved' so severely that I was told that they probably wouldn't become 100% level. Watching the crew work, however, it was clear that they had enough expertise in leveling that even working with this 'tricky' situation, they were able to achieve very good results. No it's not perfect on a couple of the outside edges but the way that they 'split the difference' made it look darn good and virtually eliminated all trip hazards.
The crew was friendly, punctual and professional. At one point another crew even showed up to review the work and offer suggestions on the difficult areas. At all times the crew worked with a very large level, I'm assuming to ensure drainage away from the house.
The work is warranted for 2 years and they were sure to tell me to give them a call if any adjustments become necessary.
Time will tell, but seems like a great job & a good option to replacement when money is an issue.

"Everything went great. The guys showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did the job right. I have not had any other concrete leveling experiences to compare this to, but I am very happy with the results, and I will use them again if we have another brutal winter that destroys my driveway again. I highly recommend this company!

"They had some concrete left over and they didn't know what to do with it. On the side of our property is a road and it was like breaking off. They were very kind to go over there and dump their stuff and they scraped it really nice. It really helped for the neighbors. They still had a bit more leftover and they asked me if there's some place I would want them to place it so I had them put it underneath my shed. They went to the back of my yard and dumped it underneath there. They just didn't dump it but also scraped it. They were professional and their price was reasonable.
They were just very respectful. I was trying to clean my basement out and I was dragging heavy bags to the garbage and these men would stop and run and put the bags over there. They went beyond the call of duty and the work was phenomenal so I'm happy. I got three bids and everybody else was way over them."
