"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. "We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional and was accommodating to the fact that we needed to keep the home clean due to selling it and took extra steps to ensure no contamination spread to the rest of the house. Jason has very high expectations for himself, individuals that work for him, and a job done to the highest standard. So only hire A Cap Plumbing if you want no corners cut and the project done at it's best. In addition to the work described, Jason removed an old tub only (no shower) and toilet. He installed a new toilet and surround tub/shower. He disposed of the old tub and toilet along with all the packaging of the new. Since the old tub did not have a shower, he added the additional plumbing needed and the new shower head along with a new control value for the shower/tub. Also, he installed a new facet for the bathroom sink and replaced 2 outdoor spigots with self draining frost protected spigots. All of the above was included in the price stated."
