"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. "Jason arrived in about 40 minutes. Surveyed the situation and explained what was going on and the price to clean out the drain. Once he got to work, it was only about 30 minutes plus another 10 to clean up. Then he explained the age of the cast iron and gave us a fair quote to consider for a permanent fix ( replace the cast iron with pvc). Prompt, polite, competent and fair prices.
