He installed a new toilet and surround tub/shower. He disposed of the old tub and toilet along with all the packaging of the new. Since the old tub did not have a shower, he added the additional plumbing needed and the new shower head along with a new control value for the shower/tub. Also, he installed a new facet for the bathroom sink and replaced 2 outdoor spigots with self draining frost protected spigots. All of the above was included in the price stated."
