They were very good and put in my fence a number of years ago. I am about to call them again because I got a new dog so they need to come out to redo the lines. The people who came out were professional, helpful and helped us train the dog. When they put my fence in 12 years ago it seemed awfully expensive to me but I have no idea what it costs now.

We are very happy with them. I have been very happy with their products. They are very professional. We get exactly what we expect.

They did some maintenance to the invisible fence.

It went well. They were great. They did what they were supposed to do and showed up when they were supposed to. It was an easy transaction.

They fulfilled the plan like clock work. This May I received a letter stating I need to renew my policy although it wasn't due to expire until Sept. (note that no one ever supplied an invoice stating the facts, only the credit card charge was the only reference). I called the 800 number which I thought was getting me to Southfield, when in fact it sent me to Ohio. I renewed the plan with Ohio for another 2 years. Days later I received batteries from both locations. After calling Brighton, Southfield and Ohio, I was told that my servicing location is Ohio. Even though I have a plan through Southfield and when I call the 800 number I am routed to Brighton. There is some policing between locations and I am caught in the middle. So if I need an item I have to wait for it to be sent. I'm "not allowed" to go to the locations closest to me. What's up with that!!!! Plus Ohio is trying to double dip me on the battery plan. All this because the Oxford location closed.

salesrep and two technicians that I dealt with were very nice, however workmanship was horrible, MISSDIG was never out to mark utilities, as a result a large section of landscaping lights wiring and sod was torn up technician never said anything, second technician came out spent hours tore up more lawn did not fix problem, also left collars and a transmitter in mailbox for anyone to take, very expensive. Rather than getting someone out to fix problems I was told to find someone and send them the bill, that their manager would probably ok it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I SHOULD HAVE CHOSE A COMPANY WITH A LOWER PRICE. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES FOR THE DOG COLLAR. IT HAS COST US A FORTUNE TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES EACH TIME THEY GO OUT. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM DUE TO THE COST.
