I have been a licensed builder since 2019, but I started building when I was ten years old and have been active and involved in the construction industry ever since. I have been involved in virtually every phase of custom home building at one time or another, all the way up to building complete homes from start to finish. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working for some amazing builders and customers and learned a lot along the way. Generally I do the work myself. I do use subcontractors, and part time employees mainly because I cannot do all the work myself in a timely fashion. I do general contracting and manage the job so that you get the quality you deserve. I do not offer financing. I do apply down payments to signed estimates ( Quotes). and I never take all the money until the job is completed.

my company is small, just me, depending on the size of the job, will determine the need for a extra set of hands or two. I use subcontractors for the following, Elec., Plumbing, and heating and cooling, for which I am not licensed for, if permits are required. As for permits, I can pull other necessary permits if required. I am licensed and insured, My Michigan Builders License #2101193216. I don't charge for estimates, and give 10% discount for Angie's List Members, and Senior citizens. I am very honest and will give a fair price. I will be on the job from start to finish, as I always complete started job before moving onto the next.
