"We had power come by to give us an estimate on new siding and found out they include gutters in the estimate. We've only had the gutters done so far but they're a major improvement from what we had and we love the look. We can't wait to have the siding done. "One of our rental homes had a bad house fire. We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation.
