"These guys came out took measurements. Install the windows. Made this process such a breeze"

"My damaged wall was rebuilt. The damaged wall was removed. I am very much satisfied with the job. In fact, blocks from the ‘old wall’ were salvaged, because they had a unique style [that is not readily available] A quote from another contractor stated that I would have to accept a rebuilt wall with only standard blocks, no stylized blocks☹️ The work done by Primo Contracting exceeded my expectations."

"John Gorie was extremely knowledgeable about glass replacement. He was able to successfully work around a few problems he encountered with the removal of the cracked glass (1992 version), and I'm sure it took longer than expected. I was impressed with how carefully he worked (alone, no less), that he cleaned up once work was finished, and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the process both by text and in person. He also worked hard to give me a decent price for the job (and I apologize for my barking dog!) Once the final caulking is done, the door (with the new glass) will look amazing. Thanks, John!"

"Bill came to my house 15 minutes after I called. He was very professional and courteous. He had to order the glass and had it replaced a day later. Any future glass work will be with Insta I Glass!"

"Appointment was scheduled for a quote. A gentleman (Tim) arrived at the precise scheduled time. Prior to assessing the exterior of our home Tim took time to sit down with us to obtain an understanding of precisely what we wanted. After verbalizing our desires and expectations Tim took measurements and provided an estimate. Prior to signing a contract Tim voluntarily provided his suggestions with his clearly evident expertise. There was not any pressure. After interviewing several other companies there was not any doubt Thermal Shield was the choice due to the integrity that was exhibited during our initial visit. When Thermal Shield was then contacted to return to review the initial quote Tim returned and a start date was scheduled. While waiting for the start date Tim called just to follow up and make sure the date was still convenient. The Thermal Shield team arrived punctually each morning and each member had a specialty and hit the ground running. The guys were very professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. The job was completed in the time targeted; approx. five days. While the job was being completed Tim called each day and stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. Due to our home being older, built in 1927 we have dealt with our share of contractors, some not so good. I am sometimes apprehensive with the reviews wondering if they are truly customers. Let me tell you we struck gold with the Thermal Shield team! The final price was precisely as quoted. The code enforcer was by today to perform his final inspection and said "He has been doing inspections for many years and has never performed an inspection which consisted of such quality work" that is a quote. We cannot say enough about how satisfied and lucky we are we chose Thermal Shield.

"they did a great job. happy with the 6 widow they installed. only complaint was that it took a long time to get the windows in but this was during covid so it was more to do with that. but the work was very good and they cleaned up after them selves. can't tell they were even there"

"West Glass came out and did an estimate. He gave me the estimate and I was surprised that he was the lowest estimate that had came out. so I went with West Glass. I'm glad I chose West Glass Replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable of anything that had to do with home glass replacement. The gentleman was very nice and respectable. He got the job done! We were very satisfied. And if I need work done in the future. I will call West Glass Replacement. Thank You Wes! Great Job!"

"They were fine but I felt they discriminate on the neighborhood you live in. They just put my doors on and they didn't finish them like they did with someone I know who used them. They didn't make sure the molding outside was finished. They did good work. The pricing was fine."

"James was professional, affordable and efficient. I would highly recommend Tucker Door for any garage door installation!!"

"This is my second time working with Brand New Construction. We had our insulation done by them last year. They replaced our roof this spring. Looks great."
