"If you are looking for someone to install your landscape lighting there is NO ONE else you should call than Vivid. I mean, I had them install lights for me and of course it was during the day so I couldn t see the amazing magnitude of the excellent work that Nicolas and his crew had done; but let me tell you when it got dark and those lights came on I cannot even express to you how beautiful it is it s like a fairy land. "When I had first reached out to them and it was after hours and left a message and Ben called back the next morning and in one hour, Ben and Kevin came in the door, assessed the mess with all the old wiring, presented their very fair estimate and the next day they here on time, completed the work on the estimate and all in proper working condition. Some appliances, like hair dryers, have their own built-in GFCI protection, so connecting them to a standard outlet is fine.

The most common type of electrical outlet is a 3-prong outlet, which has two flat blades (one is wider than the other) and a round grounding pin. Older homes typically have 2-prong outlets that aren’t as safe as more modern options and are generally not up to current electrical codes.  Other outlets you can find in your home include 20A, 125 volt varieties for larger appliances like refrigerators or washing machines. 

There are also GFCI outlets, which protect against electrical shock in wet areas, such as bathrooms and kitchens, and arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) outlets, which protect against electrical fires caused by arcing.
