I am a Licensed builder and generally do all the work myself but have sub-contractors that have been working with me for several years to help. My proposals indicate that a deposit is required to schedule job and most large jobs only require 1/3 down. I.

I have never seen a more beautiful shower! Lines straight and squared. They even made sure the rocks on the tile floor were even!!! Thank you Gil Sr & Jr. we are thrilled and exceeded all expectations!"
