He was the only person who quoted us who actually had artistic ideas beyond a square standard patio, and was easy to talk to and quick to communicate with. He was fairly priced. We had a setback due to a flood and had to delay our project for a year. I saved our plans and we had the work done last week. The crew came and worked quickly, efficiently, and were all very kind and pleasant. The project only took a few days, and they cleaned up after themselves. "SKM sent Eric and his work partner Rick to us. They did a great job of tearing off and replacing the old rotted flooring of our front porch while leaving the solid existing railings in place. They also did a fine job of downsizing and re-leveling our old patio making it more manageable for us. This included leveling the ground around the patio so water won't collect and freeze there in the winter. The worksite was clean and all scrap material was bagged and ready to be placed at the curb at the end of each workday. I'd recommend SKM and both Eric and Rick for your handyman jobs of this type.
