"Fantastic. Scheduling was easy and friendly. It wasn't an emergency situation so Tammy got me on the schedule for a day and. half after I called. Chris showed up in the first half of the 4 hour time window I was given. Once again, friendly and professional service. "I called Michigan Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc to come check my water heater. It had suddenly stopped working. The young woman on the phone was very courteous. She immediately scheduled an appt for me. The tech ( Adam ) arrived. He was professional, and polite. He checked the water heater, and concluded that all that was needed was a slight cleaning, and adjustment. He took care of the issue, and was done quickly. Issue resolved. When he was asked about the bill, he said it was no charge. Considering it was my elderly parents who were home, and not myself. Plus the excellent service. I will certainly be using Michigan Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc as my plumbing service. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
