Patriot Pest ControlWe contacted Patriot Pest due to the high ratings on Angie's List. We were moving into our new home in November 2020 and noticed during the walk-throughs that there was an infestation of very large wolf spiders all around the lower level. Patriot came out and treated and said that everything would be dead within two weeks. Four weeks later, we still had the same spider issues - no signs of abatement at all. Patriot said to give it more time; we did - still no dead spiders. We complained again - Patriot then claimed that the temperature was too low when they first sprayed, which led to less than stellar results. (Not sure why they accept jobs during the Fall/Winter months?) They came back out and sprayed again in early March - the temperature was exactly the same as it was in November. Still no results as of today (end of April 2021). My kids are terrified to use the walk out basement area, not to mention we adults are freaked out by the size of these pests. I just want to keep others from making a costly mistake as we did. Buyer Beware!- Sue L.

Pest EZHe's really responsive. We used them in a Big Deal for an insect outside and inside spray. He told us what his findings were and what their additional services were. So I went ahead to increase our services for the whole year instead of that one application. So we decided what we should do and they said they would come every 90 days through the year unless there is a problem. He's a nice guy, and he offered additional services if we needed them. They also do animal control. So they're one of the few companies that do both insect and animal control. I last had contact with them about the third week of May. The Big Deal service was $99 but when we moved to the whole year service we pay $365.- Barbara M.

Platinum Wildlife RemovalThe guys were able to set traps for the mice, install one way doors for the bats, and do a full seal up of the apartment complex. I hired them 3 weeks ago and have not seen an animal since. The tenants were starting to complain so it was time to call someone. Not well. The employee sent by Terminex took a quick glance at the glass jar with dead specimens in it and said we had carpenter ants. Told us we would have to sign a year's contract which we did. That was Dec 2017. They treated outside 4 times and once inside. During and after the treatments we continued to have the winged ants show up on 3 different floors of house. Looking at pictures of specimens on internet we became concerned that we actually had termites. Called Orkin instead. Their agent looked carefully at dead specimens and said they were termites. Unlike Terminex, he inspected carefully inside the house and showed us an active track of termites in wood in basement ceiling. They treated thoroughly around perimeter of outside and around perimeter of a crawl space inside. Cleaned up everything. Have had no further signs of infestation by flights and tracks of workers in wood have had no further activity. Terminex continues to call us to renew treatments, despite explanation of why we don't want their service and their last visit on annual contract was Sept 2018. They misdiagnosed problem, charged us for work we didn't need, and won't leave us alone.

Absolutely Terrible and Lawn is dying with their services! We have been using them for 10 years. This year their applied services have ruined our lawn. Bloomfield manager came out finally and said,”Yep your lawn is needed up!” And the did it! Used to have best lawn in the neighborhood with sod and no weeds! Not anymore and the same services were performed by TrueGreen as previous years! We are going to post signs in our yard saying “Work performed by TrueGreen”!!! Absolutely the worst lawn killing service!!
