"Designer: Sharon Fielhauser met with my wife and went over the ins and outs of her ideal dream closet system. My wife met with her after researching two other options. Ikea Closet System and Container Store Closet system. Hence this review we went with Closets byDesign. Yes they are a little more but everything is custom designed for and your needs and installation is added in the cost. There is nothing wrong with the other companies but Closets byDesign one our business. The wait time I think was 6 weeks or so from design to installation. Installer/Builder: Izac showed up what I would have called lunch time but he called work time. (around 11:00 AM on a week day) Izac never stopped for the three hours at all walking in and out of the house as he had to cut and fabricate outside and install inside our primary. We offered him lunch and he said he was good. But he worked really hard and deserved a break. Izac was a one man team and went over every detail with my wife he had any concerns. For example he offer to have a set of drawers even with the wall or line up with the window. Izac made little to no mess and as indicatied in CBD policy all i had to do as a home owner was fix the holes in the wall from the previous closet and paint if we so wished. but honestly most of the holes was coved by the new system. We have discussed hiring Closets byDesign for other works and would recommend you do the same."

"Our experience with The Carpet Guys was less than impressive. I would not recommend their service. I informed the sub-contractors prior to the start of the job that we just had our hardwood floors refinished a week prior and asked that they cover the floors in the area they were working to protect the floors. They covered some areas, failed to cover the area in front of the staircase and there were several deep scratches because of their careless workmanship. Paint was chipped off the walls on the staircase and there were areas where the seams were visible. There were also a few areas where the carpet was not cut and glued properly. One of the workers was on his cell phone during most of the time he worked, at some point a 2nd crew of workers came and the 1st crew left without notifying us that they were swapping out crews. Lastly, we advised the work crew that they had full access to the use the bathroom on the first floor; one of the worker's used my master bathroom and deposited the used toilet tissue on the floor instead of flushing the tissue. An Install Manager came out and attempted to correct the areas of concern, he did an acceptable job. However, we refused to allow them to repair the hardwood floors, as it would void our warranty with the company. I elevated my concerns to another level of management explaining why I did not want The Carpet Guys to repair the hardwood floors and the cost to repair would be a minimum of $450 per hardwood flooring company and his response was, "how do I know my guys damaged your hardwood floors". After I became verbally upset over his insinuation that I was lying he stated he wasn't trying to argue just send him a paid bill. After spending over $8,000 cash for the carpet install, and I told them the hardwood floors were finished a week prior to their job, which we paid almost $7,000 cash for, why would I haggle over less than $500. Never ever would I recommend anyone use this company, save yourself the headache and go with someone else."

Hey, I'm Lance! I became a professional online portrait artist in 2006 after my family was taken from me in a tornado losing my mother, father, brother, and son. Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works.. Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to [email protected] with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's 225 for 11x14's 275 for 14x17's After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
