"Valerie and Bob called ahead to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time at around 8:20am and got right to work. Valerie spent nearly the entire morning outside on the roof (in freezing cold weather) upgrading our mast, power-meter, meter-socket and installing the 30amp outlet for the generator. Bob worked in the basement removing the old panel and getting the connections labeled. He then mounted the new box and together they got the new wires routed through the wall of the house and sealed the openings. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. Bob left a little earlier and Val stayed until after 5:00pm to make sure it was completed.

"I told Bob I was in no hurry and he could do it when he had some down time because I realized it was a small job and with the $75 deal I bought I knew he wasn't going to make much money. We spoke in the morning about this. He ended up calling me about 4:00 that afternoon and ask if he could do the job now. I said sure and he was there in a 1/2 hour.
