I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! Well, I got on the internet and hunted down my part- $180! So I thank him for pointing out the problem. It was a $100 education. I got a discount on the part. I ended up paying $136. I YouTubed how to install it, so I saved a little over $100 dollars. It takes under 15 minutes to install."

Our family has lost roughly two thousand dollars in personal items and our home continues to leak water 97 days after it was announced. Karas has no response."
