"Jeff and Galaxy offer the best service I have ever received - thorough, professional, informative, FANTASTIC. This is a company that has an old-fashioned pride in its work. His prices are competitive and are an incredible deal when you consider how much BETTER their service is than many other cleaners. He also took the time to advise us on what was necessary and what really wasn't - all to save us money. (We were over a barrel, and he could have easily had us order all sorts of unnecessary work - but he is an honest man.) Jeff came to try to restore our home after a serious heating/duct problem had deposited soot in every room of the house, saturating several of the carpets -- and the wall to wall carpets are all beige and white. Not only did Jeff get the gunk out of all of them-- wall to wall and area rugs -- but he arranged to come back to get the one carpet that was too soaked with gunk to come completely clean the first time. After he did such a terrific job on the disastrous carpets, we had Jeff come and do all of the upholstery in the house. These are sofas and upholstered chairs that had survived 5 kids -- and Jeff made them look nearly good as new. He is great with kids, patient with dogs, and a delight to have in your home. Could not be happier and more grateful to him for restoring our home!"

"Keith was able to accommodate my schedule, arriving promptly on an afternoon that I could be home from work, before our house was to be put on the market and just after the painters finished decorating. The work was done thoroughly, moving beds and dressers to clean everywhere, putting the furniture back in their place and setting them up on blocks to protect the damp carpet. They were happy to clean a futon and an upholstered chair that I hadn't previously thought to have cleaned.
