"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. It started when I called the company and the person I talked to understood immediately what my problem was, and said he would have "Brian" out to fix it within 2 hours. Brian showed up right on time after giving me a call to say exactly when he would be coming. "Randy and his team showed up on a Sunday (the best time for my family) and removed a falling down shed and hauled the remains to the driveway, where they stacked it neatly. They prepped the area for the new shed by digging up the area, hauling 3 yards of limestone that was put in our driveway for their use, used a compressor and compressed and leveled the area. The entire work site was cleaned, the driveway swept and the excess limestone shoveled into a smaller pile and covered with a tarp. The whole process was done in 5 hours and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. We are hoping to hire this team next spring for more work we need done.
