"Ryan was great! I had some hesitations about radon mitigation in an older home and Ryan assured me it would be no problem. He was honest and straight forward with how to tackle the issue, and didn’t hard sell on doing every possible thing, but made his suggestion to try the mitigation system, then seeing where the levels tested to determine if next steps were necessary. "This Company does the testing for Radon. They arrived when they were supposed to and performed the test in the time frame they committed to. I had Radon gas over the safe limit and they recommended me to Peak Environment which was also very good at the mitigation installation. Very professional!"

"The Buyer's Inspector was extremely thorough. I have heard it said that he is the "pit bull" of home inspectors. He left radon detection equipment behind for over 50 hours. He offered additional water testing at my request. He has provided me with a itemization of all things good, marginal, bad, dangerous of every aspect of my house. He cross referenced these comments with pictures and suggestions. He seemed highly knowledgeable. It will be easy for electrician, plumbers, chimney sweeps, etc. to understand and locate the problem areas in the home. But beware when you schedule: My inspection lasted 6 hours!"
