"Len and Les arrived on time. Did a quick walk around the house. Installed the tall ladder and got on the roof. Started taking digital pictures and applying the glue to hold the shingles in place. Replaced the rubber cap surrounds for the venting outlets one by one. I have requested a dark brown cap that matched the exterior of the roof instead of the standard black caps. Len has courteously accommodated my special and unusual request. He had to go to home depot to get a dark brown cap instead of the black caps that he typically uses. Adter the roughly 5 mile drive he came back and installed the new cap. Les had continued to work on the roof pointing out the issues with the shingles and soffits. He diligently answered all my queries and questions patiently. Lombardo restoration is an excellent source for home roofing repairs as well as other handymen tasks.
