They did a super job, inspecting our chimney and cleaning it. Even showed us video of our chimney and made suggestions on other repairs that should be done. There was no "hard sell" but he was very specific about some minor repairs that would provide more energy efficiency. He was very professional and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. Sean performed the service on one of our rental properties. He was punctual, and took great care to insure no soot or debris flew onto the flooring or walls - KUDOS! He had some very hi-tech equipment and performed the service very well. Upon completion, his camera showed a clean flu, a clean fireplace and the structural shape of the Chimney. A report was made and reviewed and a hard copy with pictures was promised but never delivered. This is the only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for responsiveness. A repair was suggested but did not think it was necessary at the time. I will revisit this at our next appointment. I would recommend using this service for all your fireplace needs."

They were fine with that. They sealed the space between the metal chimney and the concrete cap and then sealcoated the entire top of the chimney cap. Well worth the price because I didn't have to get up there and do it myself!
