"Our home well pump stopped working - at a very hot time of summer. We use a lot of waster within the house and have a large lawn irrigation system. I called Dyer Well Drilling prior to 8 a.m. and they sent two technicians out, Kyle and Mason, who came to the house within hours to ascertain the problem, which was that our system was nearly 30 years old and simply needed to be replaced. They were very helpful. Subsequently, a technician by the name of Harley replaced the well pump, motor controls, and interior pressure tank and control box. He was super competent, courteous, and dedicated, staying well into the evening to get the project done. The system is high-tech and very quiet, and our water pressure has increased significantly. I was remarkably impressed with the responsiveness of the team at Dyer Well Drilling. Had they simply waited one additional day, we would have had to get a hotel room and we would have lost a lot of flowers/plants due to our irrigation system being down. Super impressed all around."

I explained what was going on, sent him the necessary paperwork on my pump, and he was here in two days and fixed the problem. Mike was great at explaining what he was doing, showed me exactly what was wrong (the pump was cracked in two places), fixed the problem, and didn't leave until he knew everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend this company for any other problems I have with my pump. He was professional on all levels and he answered my call for help."
