It was rough going for awhile. Luke came very promptly to assess the yard and discuss what I wanted. He quickly brought me one set of plans and a quote. The features I asked for had been included. I gave him a date when all work needed to be finished (I was having a family reunion). I paid 50% down and then didn't hear from him. He ended up coming just a few days before my company came. He worked alone and finished it all in the one day, except for 2 plants that were not available. They were put in soon after, except that one of them didn't look like the one in the proposal (all the rest did). I can't speak to the cost because this company was the only one in the area that had the qualities I was looking for. The bottom line is that the quality of product and work was excellent but I felt a bit secondary in his priorities.

I recently had a egress window installed. The ground surrounding the area was full of sand,and I didn't have anywhere to dump it. For a nominal fee they removed the sand and applied top soil. Now I can grow grass in that area. I'm really pleased.

I paid over a thousand dollars and have not heard from this person again! No work done. No phone calls or emails to do the work.

He told me it would be a one day job. He was here for 2 hrs. one day, 2 hours another day and it has been a week and he hasn't come back to finish yet. Then he brought a different color paver than we agreed on. I ended up keeping it only because he will never finish if I have to replace these. I have never had a job started and then not finished in a timely manner. If he can't do the job he shouldn't have taken it. The price was expensive (especially since it's taking so long).

The driver was very quite while snowplowing the Driveway at 6AM My Mother really appreciated it. The Driver's name is "Luke"
