"One of the company owners came to inspect the job as the men were leaving. He noticed a billing error in the amount the estimator/salesman had charged and said he would return to his office and call me back with the refund amount I was owed because I was overcharged for the job. Within an hour he called to tell me I would get a considerable refund of over $2300 back! The check arrived two days later! I don't know of many businesses that might work so hard to do the right thing by a customer as Tim and Keith did at Pro. I was very impressed by their integrity.
