"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. They ended up doing a complete tear out of the shower down to the studs, cleaned the mold professionally, and rebuilt the shower. They were very professional and reasonable. Customer service was top notch. Even after all the work was complete, Jerry was very responsive when the township lost my permit and started leaving me notes.
