WINDOW & SIDING WAREHOUSEWith COVID, there were understandable delays, due to suppliers unable to deliver product. Then one morning we got a call from Nate that they could come out that day. We had our entire house (10 windows) done in less than 6 hours. I work from home in the 3rd bedroom/office, and the guys timed it around my lunchbreak to install the window in that room. Nate, Nick, and a third installer were all professional, respectful, and when they were done, everything was so clean, you could never tell they were there (except looking through beautiful new windows!). Four Seasons Windows & RemodelingFour seasons was great! The workers were polite and professional and went above and beyond what they needed to do. When they were done, they cleaned up, picking up nails and pieces of siding and trim, despite the fact that there was snow on the ground. I tried to get multiple bids, but they were the only ones that were willing to reside my old house; I even had one company who refused to bid suggest I have Four Seasons do it!- Karen M.

Superior Home Building LLCJerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. Superior Home Building LLCWe hired Superior Home Building to do work on our home. Our roof has large stakes pounded into it, siding isn't straight, isn't attached correctly, glued down in areas, fell off, windows had 2 broken one with cracked glass that started in the corner and grew, trim not properly attached, not mitered and pieced together in spots instead of cutting the proper length.The portico steps are slanted and there is no railing. One window not trimmed, garbage not picked up, yard littered with nails and so much more. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!- Sharon S.

Do not use this company. Wallside breached the contract. They never pulled the permit or ordered the windows for the original install date. This delayed my project costing me two months of rental income . In lieu of their mistake they first offered me $300 off of the contract but later agreed to be fair to add free of charge an additional four windows to the contract. David Malseed, one of the sales managers later changed this agreement to two windows which he believed was a “very generous offer.” This business does not operate on any values. They have a take it or leave it attitude despite the harm they cause you.

Troy and his team were so wonderful throughout this entire process! Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. I will have them back this summer to finish up some additional projects! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I wanted to reduce the solar effects of the southern and western exposure windows in my new house not only because of the heat in the summer, but also because of the harmful UV light and the fading it would cause to my new furniture. My realtor recommended Michigan Glass Coatings and wow, I'm so glad he did! From the start of the in-home quote by Jordan to the installation by Jordan and Aaron today, I'm beyond happy! I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and neat and also VERY accommodating when I made a change midway through the installation. An added benefit of the film I chose is that the skin cancer foundation recommends it as an effective UV protectant. It's no wonder Michigan Glass Coatings have been in business for over 40 years.
