What happened was that house has 3 levels and the lowest level is slightly below grade and it requires a sewage ejection pump to get things up to the septic system. The sewage ejection pump failed and there was raw sewage in the basement."

He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer.
