"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "All Around Plumbing came to my house to fix a problem with the utility sink in the basement. The drain from the washing machine leads into the sink and it appeared to be clogged with lint. I plunged it, attempted to snake it, and used copious amounts of Drano, all to no avail. I called Chad, told him the problem, and they came out the next day. Dan, the "drain guy" was very courteous, arrived on time, and fixed the problem within three minutes. He plunged one side of the sink after plugging the other side of the sink (it's an old cement double-sided sink), and voil?, it worked! Only wish I would have realized that I should have plugged the other side of the drain before calling the plumber (so if this is your problem, try that first so you can save some money). It cost a total of $135 for clearing the drain, and to be fair, that was the price Chad had quoted over the phone."

"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
