"I had a crack and large leak in my main lawn irrigation line and went on here to try to find someone who could fix it fast as my grass was starting to die. Mo was the first person to respond to my query and very quickly reached out to me within minutes of putting through my request. He was polite and knowledgeable and after sending him a few photos of my issue he said he knew exactly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair repair cost and he offered to come out to do the repair even though it was on a Sunday. When he arrived he spent the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. After thoroughly completing the repair he even took the time to answer some other questions I had about my system and also helped me adjust some of my other zones to make them work better. "We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.
