"I reside in an apartment in Perrysburg, OH and my apartment complex contracts with Steamex and has been a client of theirs for quite some time. "Had carpeting cleaned, decided not to stretch.. should have though. Lillard's did a fine job, nothing bad to say about them, cost was reasonable. Removed most of the stains, only few small stains that I knew ahead of time that wouldn't come out. They were professional and courteous."
