We are so thankful for everything she helped us from cabinets to floors,to wall paint to counter tops, and interior decorating the inside! "I downsized to a condo that was very tired when I bought it. It needed a complete overhaul and I had no idea of where to start. I met with Teang and she asked me lots of questions and showed me many concepts and was happy to work with me even though I really had no idea of what I wanted or my budget for the project. The only guidance I could give was I wanted a place that felt like home. I need to see something with my eyes to know if I will like it or not. I have a hard time to visualize what something is going to look like from a sketch or description. Teang had many ideas for different areas of my home from structure to colors and materials and I had to just trust that she knew what she was doing. But in every case I loved the end result and it was better than I could have hoped for. Teang was willing to work with me in the way I wanted to do the project. I wanted to use a contractor that I had used in many projects in the past for some of the work and I wanted to do some of the work myself. And she supplied the contractors for the more complicated tasks. It all ran smoothly. I look forward to working with her on the last phase as we remodel the bedrooms. I highly recommend her for any design and build project."

"Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"

"Professional, friendly, and showed up when promised. Crew friendly and competent."

"Built to Last Construction was recommended to my husband and me by his brother. They remodeled my bother-in law's kitchen and built him a beautiful deck, which is featured on their website at https://www.b2lconstruction.com. We hired them to remodel our kitchen. It turned out beautiful. Tom even built pull out drawers for my cupboard panty and added a heat vent along the floor. The extra time and detail they took to get it just right was amazing. I recommended them to a friend who is keeping them busy with projects at her home. My friend recommended them to someone else who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."
