In addition to the paver manufacturer’s lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of the pavers, Domenico’s offers a 7 year warranty on our workmanship. Domenico Brick Paving & Landscape is a member of the SE Michigan BBB, and the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA.org). Domenico is also a licensed residential builder in the state of Michigan. Not required for landscape and patio work we do, but helps insure that his company is up to date on all rules, requirements, and new techniques for Michigan construction. The bathroom was immediately ready to use! They started and completed the project on time and their extremely fair pricing was the icing on the cake! The sales rep Adam was fantastic, straight forward, honest and really cared that the job will be done correctly and that I would be completely satisfied with their work. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They said the job would take two days and it did. When it was done, they power washed and re-sanded the patio pavers gratis. My patio never looked so good. These guys were so good and so professional. I'd hire these guy again in a second."

But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
