"These guys make you pay $200 before they will even talk to you. Then they make you pay 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT . Then as things move along, they will inform you of certain things, like making a diagram of the area that they say, needs to be detailed and you can do it yourself, but they will not give you any assistance of what the county needs. So, they offer to do it for you for $500. Makes it sound like its difficult. I paid them the NON REFUNDABLE $500 and they sent me the diagram to approve before sending it to the county. Its a Google Map view with a few different shading areas and a few numbers on it. Probably too about 10 minutes to make. Then, after all is said and done, they want the balance paid upon the arrival of the one person that will dig the pond before he even starts. I changed my mind because it was taking way too long and the permits are just crazy. They know people change their minds. Thats why the make you pay up front all the NON REFUNDABLE money. "TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"
