"I left a request online for having my area rugs cleaned. Feldpausch Services responded immediately and arranged to come for an inspection the next day. I was pleased to learn that they would take the rugs out to be cleaned and that would clean for odor if they found it necessary as I have 5 pets. They removed the six rugs before they left and took them with them which gave me a chance to get my oak floors properly cleaned. The rugs were removed on Tuesday and returned Thursday afternoon - the cleaning for pet odor was largely unnecessary. The workman put the two larger rugs in place as I felt I could handle the others. I was very happy to see that the oldest rug which I bought 14 years ago looked essentially new. All of the rugs were returned clean, in good condition and free of odor.
