No one could come out right away. We have had several power outages since this has been installed. NEVER has it worked. The tech told my husband what size to go with. Now they say it is too small for our house!!!! A manager told my husband just to sell that one. And they can charge us for a bigger size!!! $11,000 is what we paid for that one. dollars later!!! Now today is June 21th 2025 And we have a power outage. and I have asthma very hot day out. So I call again and the lady tells me well we need to do a year check up. And they have to charge us for it. MORE Money for something that NEVER has worked!!! So sounds like I need to get lawyer involved!!!"

"Communication with this company is like pulling teeth. Our installation team was friendly and had exceptional HVAC knowledge. However, i do not feel like we got quality work for the price tag. After our initial installation, the furnace was left functional but incomplete with no follow up appointment arranged. I had to call multiple times a day( as well as my wife) to get a follow up appointment and get the work finished...ish. When i did FINALLY get a hold of someone via email or telephone, there was always some sort of excuse. After 3 times out to our home, the furnace is in and the issues are fixed...for the most part(not including the hole in my linoleum and a soaked garage). Do yourself a favor and find somebody else."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Bartholomew did very poor work and greatly overcharged for installing a pellet stove, a very simple job. We waited a long time for them to come and do it, although the actual work took a very short time. They did not even plug in the stove or run it to see if it worked properly, and did not complete the required certificate as certified installer to prove the stove was installed to code and operating properly. We just failed the first inspection attempt, as inspector said that information was required to be onsite at time of inspection and Bartholomew knew (or should know) that. Reinspection fee now required, and another long delay to get completion. Bartholomew was very slapdash and unprofessional. I do not recommend them."
