"Overall, Wallside Windows did a good job (but there is room for improvement). Major upside of going with Wallside was promotional 0% interest loan for 6 years. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing all the windows in a 7-hour period. However, the cost of such speed was large, obvious caulk lines on the exterior of the windows / new aluminum (too large of lines for my taste, could have been much neater lines), and left behind debris (e.g., at least 20 pieces of glass, screws, aluminum material). I would hire Wallside again, but would like them to consider hiring one additional person for cleanup so install crew can focus more on installing and cleanup person can continuously pick up old materials during the process."

It was an extremely hot day but he worked consistently throughout even though he was working in our basement. The windows he put in were beautiful and they were just perfect. He said that they had done the windows 30 years ago, and it still has the same quality in their workmanship. They are prompt and come when they say they are coming. They call you before they come and remind you of your schedule and dates. They do really beautiful work. My mother is now going to have them do the other windows."
