I am so happy with the Lawn Doctor!! My lawn has never looked so good. They are personable and caring. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable and they want their customers to be happy!! The way the world is today, it's hard to find people that really care about what they are doing. Chris and his team are the best you can come by.

Excellent. Chris is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, going out of his way to help and accommodate. I have allergy issues and Chris provided samples of all of his products so I could take them to my allergist to be treated for same. And he has his technician call me before fertilizing so I can close my windows to prevent both the chemicals and smells from blowing into my house. So now I have a beautiful green lawn without concern about my allergies. He also provides two different plans and a discount if prepaid.

We saw much improvement in the Spring and Summer months of 2016 with more filling in of bare spots. Color of grass was just about normal again. By Fall the yard looked very good. A great improvement from 2015! Have been using Lawn Doctor ever since and are very pleased with results.

Chris Pipitone (Owner) is a MIRACLE WORKER. My lawn has looked horrible for the last 6 years. Several companies mixed with a couple DIY seasons could not fix the problem. Chris visited my house TWICE to gather the soil samples and to perform the necessary onsite inspections to provide an accurate diagnosis. He's the only one that took the time to do this out of all of the companies I've used since I started to have the issues. Chris got my lawn looking the best it has looked since we laid down the sod 9 years ago. I've received numerous compliments on my lawn this season from my wife, friends, and neighbors. Chris' customer service is superb and you can tell he has 30 years of experience and wisdom. Hire the Lawn Doctor for all of your lawn needs.

I have been a customer of Lawn Doctor-Utica since 2014. Our lawn was looking pretty bad when we asked Chris Pipitone to come out and troubleshoot our lawn damage. Chris took the time to have the soil tested and to identify the problem. Today our lawn is thick, green and healthy. Had to wait about a month for Chris to get started because he didn't want to burn out my lawn. After his first application I could see progress being made after a couple of weeks. My lawn now looks good with the bare spots gone and much fuller than before. I would say that Chris knows his lawns and can help instead of just having techs spray your lawn and know nothing about it. I feel he takes pride in his craft, knows what he doing and treats my lawn like it's his. Highly recommended.

After trying Tru-Green (disaster) we decided to give the Lawn Doctor a chance. If they couldn't help us, we were completely expecting to have to have our lawn redone from scratch. My wife and I couldn't believe the change in just one season. We were amazed. We never thought our lawn would come back to life like it has. We have been using Chris (The LawnDoctor) for three years now, I think and couldn't be happier. At the end of the first season, Chris sent us an email because he wasn't happy with a certain aspect of our lawn. He offered us a discount for the next year. My wife and I looked at each other and said "what? The grass looks great." I sent Chris an email and said the lawn looks so good, I can't in good conscience take a discount. Sign me up for another year. We have been using them ever since. I value honesty, professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge. These guys are the real deal. SUPER highly recommend them!

Fantastic My lawn has never looked better. The grass is thick, green and weed free.

In 2014, I had them treat some of my trees that didn't do well after the super cold winter. They did an extra tree for no charge. I'm very pleased with their work.
